Insertion Deletion Analysis
Instead of examining pairwise Parasight is used to mark the positions of insertion deletions. Gray bars represent the positions of "inserted sequence" not present on the other sequence where the "alignment comes to a point.. This is a comparison of 3 species human, chimp and baboon.
