This folder contain the Ancestral allele reconstruction during great ape evolution. 

*chrNN.calls.txt
	-Contains the called ancestral nodes and the called orientation in all split events.

*Ancestral_nodes.jpg
	-This picture shows the numbering of the ancestral nodes used in the ancestral allele files.
