The file "Mitochondria_GreatApes.fasta" contain 82 fasta sequences of the reconstructed mitochondria from the project. 
	- These mitochondria do not contain the D-Loop.
	- All the information regarding the methods used in the reconstruction can be found in the Section 7 of the Supplementary Information (doi:10.1038/nature12228).
