This folder contains the variation data in VCF format. Both sets of variation were called using the GATK software package.

*SNPs/
	-Variation data regading SNPs. Both polymorphic and fixed compared to the HG18 reference genome (UCSC).
	*Callable_regions/
		-Contain the callable regions for the SNPs.

*Indels/
	-Small insertions and deletions (indels). Both polymorphic and fixed compared to the HG18 reference genome (UCSC).
