Callable regions after filtering steps. These regions apply to SNPs variants only.

*Uncallable_regions/
	-This BED file correspond to the regions that did not pass the quality filters applied to the SNP data and therefore any potential variant overlapping with these coordinates was removed from the VCF SNP files. It is divided in genera as the SNP VCF files. The specific filters can be found in the Section 2.1 of the Supplementary Information (doi:10.1038/nature12228).

*Callable_Coverage/
	-Strict filtering criteria based on individual coverage of all the samples. These files correspond to the regions that are callable. 
	-These files may be used in analysis where the sensitivity of the analysis is highly required, otherwise use the Uncallable_regions files.
	-Intersect_filtered_cov5.bed: This file correspond to the regions of the genome where all the samples had at least 5X coverage.
	-Intersect_filtered_cov8.bed: This file correspond to the regions of the genome where all the samples had at least 8X coverage.
	-Due to very low coverage genomes, 1 chimpanzee (Banyo) and 2 gorillas (Abe and Porta), were excluded from these coverage filters.
