RepeatMasker output for repaired primate centromere assemblies

# Methods

RepeatMasker v4.1.7-p1 was run with the following settings:

$ RepeatMasker -s -lib <custom library.fa> <genome.fa> -a -pa 36

Through a Nextflow pipeline: https://github.com/emilytrybulec/repeatMaskerFaster

The appropriate species in the params.yaml file was added:
PanPan: “pan paniscus”
PanTro: “pan troglodytes”
GorGor: “gorilla gorilla”
PonAbe: “pongo abelii”
PonPyg: “pongo pygmaeus”
