# Description Local sequence identity (%) # Methods Local sequence identity (%) was determined by averaging the sequence identity in 5-kbp windows within a 25-kbp region, using a step of 5 kbp (e.g. 0-25 kbp, 5-30 kbp, 10-35 kbp, etc.).
